Refund Policy

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan, customers are allowed to check their parcel at the time of delivery. You can open and inspect the package in front of the rider. If the product is damaged, incorrect, or missing, you may refuse to accept the order on the spot. Once the order is accepted and payment is made, it will be considered final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through our Contact Page available on our website. Please note that returns must be requested before sending any item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and report immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Claims after acceptance of the parcel may not be entertained unless reported within 24 hours through our Contact Page with proper evidence.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as opened or used personal care products (including skincare and beauty items), due to hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery or used by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable in cases where the wrong or defective item is delivered. The fastest way to ensure you get the correct product is to contact us through our Contact Page and follow the given instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 working days.
