Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping all over Pakistan. All orders are processed and delivered through trusted courier services.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Delivery across Pakistan on orders of PKR 1000 or above.

For orders below PKR 1000, a standard delivery charge will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

Customers are allowed to check their parcel at the time of delivery. Once the order is accepted and payment is made, it will be considered final.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you may receive a confirmation call or message to verify your details. Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received.

Delays

While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for such delays.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
